Hotel Policies:

Rates Policies:	Rates above does not include taxes (13%) After 3 years old will be charge for extra person $10usd plus tax
Payment Policies:	Upon confirmation, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card.Any remaining balance will be charge 30 days prior the guest arrival.
Cancellation Policy:	Cancellations made 30 days or more prior the guest arrival will receive 80% refundable the 20% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made between 29 days to 15 days to guest arrival, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation made 14 days or less prior to guest arrival will NOT receive a refund. No shows will assess a penalty for the full charge of your reservation. Early DEPARTURES and late ARRIVALS will NOT receive refunds for the unused portion of the reservation.
